Newton Hall Blackpool Amateur Swimming Club was established in 1979. From its small beginnings using Newton Hall Caravan Park Pool, the club is now one of the leading competitive clubs in the North West.
With its base now at Moor Park Pool in Bispham, Newton Hall ASC offers teaching and coaching for non-swimmers right up to national standard swimmers.
Over 20 trained and qualified coaches and teachers offer various programmes every night of the week. Swimmers from the age of 5 can learn the very basic water skills, following the National Teaching Plan, in our friendly sessions in the learner pool at Moor Park, whilst competitive swimmers aged 9-12 are coached to compete in the Micro League of the North West.
We also have a thriving Biathlon (swimming & running) and Triathlon (shooting, swimming & running) section who compete in the local area. So whether you want to learn to swim, develop your techniques, be competitive or just swim to keep fit, join Newton Hall where swimming for all, not only can save your life - but can be fun too.
